Oslo Airport City and Veidekke Logistikkbygg have landed an agreement for the
construction of yet another environmentally certified logistics facility at Oslo
Airport Gardermoen. The contract is a design and build project valued at
approximately NOK 170 million, excluding VAT.

demonstrates that the parties work well together and have established a strong

The new facility will comprise approximately 16,500 square metres and will be
certified to BREEAM-NOR Very Good standards. Tenants will include Alier and
Circmar AS, while discussions are ongoing with several prospective tenants
regarding the remaining space, which can be adapted to accommodate one or
multiple occupiers seeking a location at Gardermoen.

Gardermoen as one of Norway's leading logistics hubs. Together with Veidekke, we
are developing a future-oriented facility offering high flexibility, strong
environmental credentials and a location that is attractive to a wide range of
businesses. The fact that more than half of the building has already been leased
before construction starts demonstrates the strong market interest we are
experiencing," says Henrik Danielsen, CEO of Oslo Airport City.
A building permit application has been submitted to Ullensaker Municipality.
Construction is scheduled to commence in October 2026, with completion planned
for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the third quarter
of 2026.
