The&nbsp;annual general meeting held on&nbsp;29&nbsp;May&nbsp;in&nbsp;Vår Energi&nbsp;resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.110&nbsp;per&nbsp;share,&nbsp;NOK&nbsp;&nbsp;2&nbsp;771&nbsp;010&nbsp;933&nbsp;in total, equal to USD&nbsp;300&nbsp;million, relating to&nbsp;Q1&nbsp;2026.
