Vækstaktier.dk: Trophy Games Enters New Publishing Agreement with German Game Developer
Trophy Games has entered into a development and publishing agreement with Tivola Games for a new mobile game within the horse genre.
In 2024, Trophy Games acquired Tivola Games’ portfolio of mobile games. The portfolio included more than 20 titles focused on different animals. Therefore, this is not the first time Trophy Games and Tivola Games have collaborated. However, this time the setup is slightly different, as the companies will work together on a mobile game focused on managing, breeding, and competing with horses.
Tivola Games will be the primary developer of the game, while Trophy Games will act as publisher and provide strategic support throughout the entire process. The development phase is scheduled to last 15 months, and the project is expected to be initiated as early as mid-March 2026. The total budget for the project is approximately DKK 13.2 million. Of this amount, Trophy Games has allocated around DKK 7.3 million, while the remaining DKK 5.9 million has been secured through external financing from the German federal co‑funding program for games.
The agreement is structured so that the first revenues generated by the game will cover Trophy Games’ investment, after which the revenue will be shared between the two companies. More details about the game will be announced as development progresses.
