The Nomination Committee of Nordnet AB (publ) proposes the election of Johan Åkerblom as new Board Member at the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2024.

Johan Åkerblom has previously worked at the consultant company McKinsey, and as CFO of SEB's operations in Germany and the Baltics. Today, Johan Åkerblom holds the position as CEO of the Latvian bank Citadele Bank but will during 2024 assume the position as CFO of Intrum. He is 46 years old and has a Master of Science in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lund Institution of Technology at Lund University.

- I am very happy to announce the nomination of Johan Åkerblom as new board member of Nordnet. Johan has solid knowledge within Nordnet's core business of savings and investments, as well as extensive experience from international banking, says Tom Dinkelspiel, Chairman of the Board in Nordnet.

The Nomination Committee also proposes re-election of Tom Dinkelspiel, Fredrik Bergström, Anna Bäck, Karitha Ericson, Charlotta Nilsson and Henrik Rättzén, and the new election of Therese Hillman as ordinary board members. It is also suggested that Tom Dinkelspiel is re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
