Talkpool has signed a framework agreement with the real estate company Atrium Ljungberg, which provides an end-to-end solution for smart buildings. The agreement initially covers a five-year period and includes, requirement analysis, project management, installation and delivery of sensors / meters, IoT networks and measurement value collection, data integration, technical support and system monitoring.
Atrium Ljungberg owns and manages a large number of properties in Sweden. At present, it includes approximately 1,200,000 square meters of rentable area with a value of SEK 49 billion. Most of the properties are located in Stockholm, but there are also properties in Uppsala, Gothenburg and Malmö.

Atrium Ljungberg is already a customer both for Talkpool and the network company Nordic IoT Networks. Solutions are used for sub metering, energy efficiency and environmental certification of properties. Projects are currently in progress in the Sickla, Kista and the Slakthus areas.
