Storskogen has acquired a 90 percent stake in Vokus Personal AG ("Vokus Personal"), a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals in Switzerland. Headquartered in Zurich, the company generated sales of CHF 23.3m, approximately SEK 219m, in 2021.

Sabine Vogt and Karin Vogt, co-CEOs and founders of Vokus Personal remain on board as shareholders. Their operational succession was arranged together with Storskogen by recruiting a new CEO during the acquisition process. Both are looking forward to working with Storskogen.

HR and Competence reported sales of about SEK 388 million in 2021, corresponding to approximately CHF 41m. Mikael Neglén, Head of Storskogen DACH, welcomes Vokus Personal to Storskogen, the 13th addition to the group of companies in Switzerland.
