STATT: Increase in mortality at Stokkeneset and Rekvika production volume

Temporary increase in mortality.

On the Stokkeneset location Statt Torsk ASA has during June and July experienced
a temporary increase in mortality. The situation is now back to normal, but the
cause is still not verified.

The economic consequence is estimated to NOK 4.5 mill.

The temporary increase in mortality will not affect agreements entered for sales
or deliveries up to August 2024.

Rekvika volume of production

The production at Rekvika location completed in June with the total volume of
2.920 tons WFE. This was ca 280 tons less than expected as reported in Q1 2023.
Cause is identified and appropriate measures taken.

Economic consequence is negative with NOK 7.5 mill.
