SB1NO: SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA's share buy-back programme has been completed

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA has completed the share buy-back programme announced
on 27 November 2025.

A total of 3,754,563 shares, which equals 1.00 percent of the shares in the
company, were purchased for a total consideration of NOK 747.9 million. The
average price paid per share was NOK 199.2043. A proposal for the cancellation
of these shares will be submitted to the next Annual General Meeting.
