Repurchase of shares in Castellum 15–23 July 2026

During the period from 15 July to 23 July 2026, Castellum AB (LEI code: 549300GU5OHTR1T5IY68) (“Castellum”) repurchased a total of 5,720,885 own shares (ISIN: SE0000379190) under the two parallel share repurchase programmes initiated by Castellum’s Board of Directors and announced on 15 July 2026.

Repurchases of own shares under the first share repurchase programme (“Programme 1”) are carried out in accordance with the Nasdaq Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares. Repurchases of own shares under the second share repurchase programme (“Programme 2”) are carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

The purpose of the share repurchase programmes is to adjust the company’s capital structure and thereby efficiently contribute to increased shareholder value.

All repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on behalf of Castellum. Following the repurchases described above, Castellum’s holding of own shares amounts to 30,164,885 shares as of 23 July 2026. The total number of shares in Castellum is 477,526,355.
