Repurchase of shares in AAK AB (publ) during the period 25-29 May 2026 (week 22)

During the period from 25 May 2026 up until 29 May 2026, AAK AB (publ) (LEI code: 549300GK4LGIDDWJWL07) (”AAK”) has repurchased, in total, 112,065 own shares (ISIN code: SE0011337708). The repurchases form part of the share buy-back programme of a maximum of 5,000,000 own shares for a total maximum amount of SEK 1,000 million, which AAK announced on 8 May 2026.

The share buy-back programme runs from 11 May 2026 up until 15 March 2027 and is being carried out in accordance with EU’s Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”). The purpose of the share buy-back programme is to adapt the company’s capital structure and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value.

All repurchases have been made on Nasdaq Stockholm by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) on behalf of AAK. Following the above acquisitions, AAK’s holding of own shares as of 29 May 2026 amounts to 291,775 shares. The total number of shares in AAK currently amounts to 261,889,002 shares.
