Redemption of incentive shares in Kinnevik

Kinnevik AB (publ) ("Kinnevik") today announced that the Board has resolved to redeem a total of 169,670 incentive shares issued under Kinnevik's long-term incentive plans for 2023 and 2024.

The Board has today resolved, in accordance with Kinnevik's Articles of Association, to redeem 33,890 incentive shares of Class C 2023, 33,890 incentive shares of Class D 2023, 10,189 incentive shares of Class C1 2024, 40,756 incentive shares of Class C2 2024, 10,189 incentive shares of Class D1 2024 and 40,756 incentive shares of Class D2 2024, held by former participants in Kinnevik's long-term incentive plans for 2023 and 2024.
