QPR brings process intelligence directly to AI agents – new feature integrates analytics into everyday tools

QPR SOFTWARE PLC        PRESS RELEASE        April 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM EEST

QPR Software Plc has developed an MCP interface (Model Context Protocol) for its QPR ProcessAnalyzer software, enabling process intelligence to be directly utilized by AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.

This marks a significant step toward the practical application of AI in business: the intelligence generated through process mining is now directly accessible within everyday tools.

The open MCP standard acts as a bridge between AI and business applications. It allows AI to retrieve and leverage process intelligence generated by QPR ProcessAnalyzer from customer process data in a standardized and autonomous way—without the need for separate reporting or analysis phases.

AI brings process intelligence directly within reach of users

With MCP support, process intelligence moves closer to daily business operations. Executives, experts, and decision-makers can ask questions in natural language and instantly receive detailed and actionable answers.

AI can identify process bottlenecks, analyze deviations, and suggest concrete improvements. It also enables real-time simulation of the impact of potential changes.

“AI creates value by understanding what is actually happening within an organization. With the MCP server, AI gains direct access to process intelligence and can generate truly relevant insights and recommendations,” says CTO Olli Vihervuori.

“We are among the first to bring this capability to the market. It makes process intelligence easier to leverage and integrates it into everyday decision-making across the organization, enabling significant business benefits,” says CEO Matti Erkheikki.
