Peab has been commissioned to build three rental apartment buildings in Tampere. The customer is Tampereen Vuokra-asunnot Oy (TVA) and the contract is worth EUR 24 million.
The project comprises building three apartment buildings with four to six floors and a total of 215 apartments. Two of the buildings will have basements.

The project will begin in January 2024 and is expected to be completed in December 2025.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2023.
