Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Otovo ASA (the
"Company" or "Otovo") on 27 March 2026 regarding the resolution by the Company's
extraordinary general meeting to issue 2,914,480 new shares in tranche 2 (the
"Tranche 2 Shares") of the private placement announced on 2 March 2026.
The share capital increase pertaining the issuance of the Tranche 2 Shares has
today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret).
Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 6,712,408.10,
divided into 67,124,081 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
