New shares subscribed for in Optomed Plc's directed share issue have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register
A total of 1,760,000 new shares subscribed for in Optomed Plc's directed share issue have been registered into the Finnish Trade Register today, on 12 December 2025. After the registration of the new shares, the company will have 21,453,297 shares in total of which 22,042 shares in treasury.
The new shares produce the right to dividends and other distribution of assets as well as other shareholder rights as of this registration date.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 15 December 2025.
