OmniCar Holding is a Danish company that offers a full-service auto repair shop, without the shop, by bringing certified mechanics to your door in vans (OCS). 
Supported by the OCS business and the ability to service and prepare used car for sales, the company is entering the online sales of used green cars by creating a platform where it is possible to buy, subscribe or lease your green car online, and get it delivered at your doorstep.

As a result, OmniCar tries to cover the market from owning a car from cradle to grave by bundling the purchase and all the services that you need in a car’s lifetime such as financing, insurance, charging agreements, warranty, and road assistance.

The CEO’s review is full of very “positive” talk, even though the numbers once again tell a different story . Despite the CEO’s words, I’m really not seeing much positive here. Q1 is admittedly seasonally stronger than Q2, and last year’s figures are skewed by the car sales experiment, but there’s still as much loss during H2 as there is revenue, and more loss per share than the share price . The board of directors of OmniCar Holding AB (“OmniCar” or the “Company”) has resolved, based on authorization from the general meeting, to carry out a share issue of a maximum of approximately MSEK 20 with preferential rights for existing shareholders (“the Rights Issue”). I think 2023 will be Omnicars year! With the Q4 report behind us we now can look forward reaching profibility this year. The company altso aims to make around 55 B2B delas this year, like the latest one with copenhagen airport. (Info from the webinar)

Q4 is out. A bit difficult to interpret as the car dealership adventure is muddling the figures (if that revenue growth is stripped of the car sales figures, then the growth is quite decent).
