Nordnet completes share buyback program launched in November 2025

During the period November 10, 2025 to March 13, 2026, Nordnet has bought back 913,555 of its own shares for a total of SEK 250 million SEK at an average price of SEK 273.7. The buyback program is thereby concluded.

The program which has now been concluded was launched on November 10, 2025. According to the terms of the program, the maximum aggregate acquisition amount was SEK 250 million, and it was to be concluded no later than March 13, 2026. Following the conclusion of the share buyback program, the total number of common shares in Nordnet amounts to 250,206,518, of which the company's own holding amounts to 1,833,374 shares. Nordnet intends to cancel all its own shares after approval by the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2026.
