The meeting will take place at the Company's offices located at Næringsveien 18, 6530 Averøy, Norway. The agenda addresses the selection of a new auditor for the Company, subsequent to PricewaterhouseCoopers AS's decision to divest and sell certain segments of its operations in Norway. This change directly impacts Nordic Halibut AS and necessitates the appointment of a new auditor. See attached notice.
