Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Nordic Financials
ASA (the "Company" or "NOFIN") earlier today, on 13 October 2025, regarding the
extraordinary general meeting of the Company resolving inter alia to carry out a
reverse share split (share consolidation) in the ratio of 175:1. In connection
with the reverse share split, the Company's shares will also be transferred to a
new ISIN.
