<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>According to a decision at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Acast AB (publ), the Chair of the Board has convened a Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, appointed by the largest owners in the company.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The Nomination Committee consists of:</p><p>Sofia Hasselberg (chair), appointed by Bonnier Capital AB<br>Cecilia Tunberger, appointed by Alfvén &amp; Didrikson AB<br>Björn Yrlid, appointed by Moor &amp; Moor AB<br>Lars Hagerud, AltoCumulus, appointed by the three largest owners' representatives in the nomination committee.</p><p>Information about the Nomination Committee's work and instructions for the Nomination Committee can be found on Acast's website, <a rel="noopener" href="https://investors.acast.com/">investors.acast.com</a>.</p><p>Acast's Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held in Stockholm.
