The general meeting will be held on Thursday, 29th October 2026 at 15:00 at Matrikel1, Højbro Plads 10, Copenhagen K. By sending an email to ir@mdundo.com shareholders will receive a link for the live stream of the board of directors’ report. Viewing the live stream does not constitute attendance at the general meeting, and it will not be possible to vote via the live stream.
The agenda for the general meeting is as follows:
No later than Tuesday 13th October 2026, the following information will be made available at the company’s website www.mdundo.com/investor: 1) The notice, 2) the total number of shares and votes at the date of the notice, 3) the documents to be presented at the general meeting, including the audited annual report, 4) the agenda for the general meeting and all proposals submitted, and 5) the forms to vote by proxy or post.
