About Kvd Group
Kvd Group creates value through two complementary business areas that together form a unique position in the Swedish vehicle market:
Digital marketplace. Kvdbil operates an open digital marketplace where all kinds of used vehicles — passenger cars, light trucks, heavy vehicles and machinery — are intermediated between sellers and buyers in a transparent, efficient, and secure way.
Physical retail with a best-in-class customer experience. Forsbergs Fritidscenter is a full-service retailer of new and used motorhomes and caravans, offering a broad range of brands across all price segments, an accessories store, and workshop services.
A total of about 26,000 used vehicles and 800 motorhomes and caravans are sold and brokered each year.
Kvd Group reported net sales of SEK 1,549m and adjusted EBITA of SEK 100m in 2025. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and is led by CEO Johan Ekener. Ratos holds a 100% ownership stake.
