Loyal Solutions A/S ("Loyal Solutions" or the "Company") has today received approval for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm ("Nasdaq First North"). The listing follows a successful oversubscribed IPO of units, where the Company received approx. SEK 40 million before issue costs and obtained approx. 1,400 new shareholders. The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North will be 3 June 2021. The shares will be traded under the ticker name "LOYAL", with ISIN code DK0061535507 and the warrants will be traded under the ticker name "LOYAL TO 1", with ISIN code DK0061549219. Svensk Kapitalmarknadsgranskning AB is the Company's Certified Adviser.
In connection with the application, Loyal Solutions prepared a supplementary document that is available on the Company's website, www.loyalsolutions.eu. The supplementary document shall be read as a supplement to the prospectus that the Company published in connection with the IPO of units, as resolved upon by the Board of Directors of Loyal Solutions on 19 April 2021. The supplementary document is not a prospectus, has not been reviewed or approved by any regulatory authority and does not contain an offer of shares or other financial instruments.
