<div class="abstract">Lindab's acquisition of the British ventilation company HAS-Vent Ltd has been completed on 1 July, following a review by the British competition authority CMA (Competition and Markets Authority). This will result in the integration of operations. The acquisition will strengthen Lindab's sales and production of ventilation products in one of Europe's most important markets.</div>In October 2023, it was announced that Lindab complements its UK operations through the acquisition of HAS-Vent Ltd. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has conducted a review of the acquisition. Now that the regulatory demands set by the CMA have been met, the review has concluded and been closed. The acquisition of HAS-Vent Ltd has been completed as of 1 July 2025. Following completion, the two companies will be free to cooperate without restrictions and will begin to integrate their operations.In its review, the CMA concluded that two branches needed to be divested. This was achieved through the sale of HAS-Vent's Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent branches on 1 July 2025.
