QleanAir operates in the environmental sector. The company is a developer of technical products for air purification. The solutions are modular and are rented to customers over a longer period of time. The products are used for indoor use mainly in commercial properties, as well as in industrial environments. Operations are held on a global level with the largest presence in the European market. The headquarters are located in Solna.

It’s still going badly. There doesn’t seem to be a single bright spot in this report either, and the stock is plummeting again. Yeah, that turnaround I was hoping for didn’t materialize, not even regarding Annual Recurring Revenue, as I had hoped. I have to reconsider once again whether this has a place in my portfolio for anything other than a swing trade. Because “can’t help it,” I scooped up some more on the dip; hopefully I hit the day’s bottom at 19.50kr and can make a nice little profit on the swing.

The long slog continues. In my opinion, there is nothing surprising in this report, but investors are allergic to weakness and the stock is down significantly. If the business’s long-term potential is still intact, I expect more purchases from the CEO as the share price crawls near all-time lows. Otherwise, the wait for a turnaround could become quite long.

I could have written the exact same text if I’d had the time.. I haven’t sold off the shares yet, because I usually sleep on it with these cases and hopefully there could be a small rebound on Monday too.. It seems the overall result for the company will be break even if I sell roughly at these levels now. EDIT: I ended up keeping my position, but I’ll likely trim it heavily if the share price recovers to >30 SEK. I concluded that I won’t let one Q report ruin the case entirely, as the valuation multiples aren’t unreasonable at all even at the current weak level of profitability, so in my opinion, at this price, it can afford to have some worse quarters. If ARR turns back to growth in the next Q, then that was just a small hiccup along the way.

I sold off my shares. I’ve been happy to hold through the storms since the amount of recurring revenue has been growing all the time. Now even that saw a major hiccup, and the results weren’t pleasing otherwise, so this is no longer the company I originally set my sights on

Well, that was a horrific disappointment. I’m now definitely reconsidering what the actual outlook is, and Q3 (and Q4 at the latest) will decide whether it stays in my portfolio..
