KING) announces that Jordi Trias has resigned from his role as a member of the
Supervisory Board, effective as of today. This follows the Company's
announcement on 17 December 2025 regarding Mr Trias' intention to step down from
the Board during the first quarter of 2026 to focus more fully on his
responsibilities within his own business at Stolt Sea Farm.
The Nomination Committee has initiated the process to identify a suitable
successor, and further announcements will be made in due course.
