KCCPress release09.03.2026, 14.30

Oslo, 9 March 2026: A subsidiary of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or the “Company”) has secured a two-year time charter for MV Bass (built 2021).

The main terms of the time charter with a leading player in the global energy industry were concluded in mid-February and will commence in May 2026.

CEO Engebret Dahm comments: “The concluded time charter enables KCC to capture value in the current strong product tanker market. We are pleased to further strengthen and expand our established relationship with this leading charterer. The remaining seven CLEANBU vessels will continue operating in KCC’s core combination trades.”

About Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA:
KCC is the world leader in combination carriers, owning and operating nine CABU and eight CLEANBU combination carriers with two CABU vessels under construction for delivery in 2026. KCC’s combination carriers are built for transportation of both wet and dry bulk cargoes, being operated in trades where the vessels efficiently combine dry and wet cargoes with minimum ballast.
