Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games GmbH has entered into a development agreement with a yet to be announced Mobile Games Publisher (“Publisher”) for a new game project with a budget of ca 19 million...

<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games GmbH has entered into a development agreement with a yet to be announced Mobile Games Publisher (“Publisher”) for a new game project with a budget of ca 19 million SEK. The project is intended for German federal co-financing, with 10.5 million SEK being provided by the Publisher and 8.5 million SEK being provided by federal funds, subject to final award of funds from the German game funding programme.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The project duration is 15 months with a planned start in March 2026. The project will primarily be executed by Tivola Games with some support from the Publisher. Jumpgate has a significant upside through revenue share after the Publisher has recovered its development costs.</p><p><em>“We welcome the addition of another externally financed game project to our project pipeline. With support from the German federal funding program, we can maintain a significant upside in the project while covering the development costs through external funding. The Tivola team has worked hard to put this deal together before the holidays.
