Sales are underway, and occupancy and completion are estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027.</p><p>– We are pleased to begin production of Granstangen Park, it is much needed for housing supply in Oslo, says John Ivar Mejlænder-Larsen, Regional Manager Oslo, JM Norway.</p><p>This housing start marks the first of four stages in the Granstangen Park project, which is part of the development of the Karihaugveien 22 area with 277 JM residential units currently in production.
