IDEX Biometrics signs commercial agreement with ID Centric

IDEX Biometrics ASA (Oslo Børs: IDEX) announces that it has entered into a definitive commercial agreement with ID Centric, formalising the exclusive technology partnership announced on 5 March 2026.

The commercial agreement supersedes the previously announced Term Sheet and establishes the full contractual framework governing the exclusive partnership between the two companies. Key terms are consistent with those announced on 5 March 2026 and include:

Exclusive deployment of IDEX sensors and biometric technology across ID Centric's biometric ID card offering
Comprehensive cooperation across technology development, product strategy, and go-to-market execution
An initial binding purchase order of USD 1.75 million, with sensor deliveries commencing April 2026
