GreenMerc AB (publ): Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark have carried out share sales in accordance with previous option agreements

Stockholm, 16 June 2025 | In accordance with previously established option agreements, GreenMerc's founders and principal shareholders, Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark, have today carried out minor sales of shares in the company.

Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark have each transferred 100,000 Class B shares in GreenMerc AB (publ) to Sutjagin Capital AB. Oleg Sutjagin, owner of Sutjagin Capital, has been involved with GreenMerc previously.
