MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, an entity closely associated with Mateusz Juroszek (Board Member and primary insider of Gentoo Media Inc.), today acquired 1,000,000 shares in Gentoo Media at an average price of SEK 4.8133 per share.
Following this transaction, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds 20,598,598 shares, representing 15.29% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc. Total holdings by close associates of Mateusz Juroszek now stand at 27,041,624 shares.
Collectively, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna ("MJF"), Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna ("ZJF"), and Betplay Capital Fundacja Rodzinna now hold 40,552,786 shares, equal to 30.10% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc.
