Fjord Defence Group ASA - Fjord Defence AS awarded NOK 43 million agreement with major military vehicle OEM

OSLO, Norway - Fjord Defence AS, a subsidiary of Fjord Defence Group ASA, has
been awarded a significant new agreement by a major European military vehicle
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contract has a total value of
approximately NOK 43 million over a firm three-year period.
Contract details and outlook
Deliveries are scheduled to commence in June 2026, with approximately NOK 19.5
million of the contract value expected to be recognized within 2026.
Furthermore, the agreement includes options for additional deliveries extending
up to 10 years after the initial contract period is completed.
"This contract marks a breakthrough with a new, Tier-1 vehicle manufacturer,
further solidifying our position as a preferred partner in the European defence
ecosystem," says Harald Lunde, CEO of Fjord Defence AS.
"The timing is perfect as we transition into our new facilities. By expanding
our production capacity and improving our logistical efficiency, we are not only
securing the execution of this specific contract but also laying the foundation
for the significant future growth we see ahead. The new premises are central to
our ambition of scaling strategically important defence verticals within our
product range," Lunde concludes.
The contract will be added to the Group's backlog effective immediately.
