<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Envar Holding AB (“Envar” or the “Company”) today announces a reverse profit warning following significant improvement in Operating Profit (EBIT)</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Preliminary figures indicate a positive EBIT of SEK 6,045 thousand, representing an increase of 618,10 percent compared to Q2 2024 and 23,80 percent compared to Q1 2025. All figures are preliminary and unaudited<strong>.</strong>The improved results are primarily driven by increased revenues from expanded collaborations with existing clients in the co-development of games.
