Thorkildsen has informed the Board of Directors that he will retire from the Board of Directors and step down as Chairman and board member with effect from 25 September 2026. Board member Kjell E. Jacobsen will assume the role of Chairman from the same date.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>As a representative of HitecVision, Mr Thorkildsen has played a central role in the group’s development since the establishment of Energy Drilling.
