Endúr ASA ("Endúr") is happy to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Artec
Aqua VAQ AS ("Artec Aqua VAQ"), has been awarded a contract by the Gaia Salmon
Holding AS ("Gaia Salmon") bankruptcy estate for the engineering and planning
phase of the modification and completion of Gaia Salmon's land-based
recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) facility at Træna, Norway. The scope
includes a detailed condition assessment, identification and engineering of
required rehabilitation measures, technical documentation, coordination of
subcontractor quotations, definition of the scope of supply, and preparation of
a complete cost estimate and overall schedule for the subsequent execution
phase. The pre-project will commence immediately. The execution phase will be
subject to Gaia Salmon's final investment decision ("FID"), which is expected
during the first quarter of 2027.
