6 July 2026 - Nova Water Solutions AS ("Nova Water Solutions"), a subsidiary of
Total Betong AS ("Totalbetong"), a wholly owned company of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"),
has been awarded the M1 contract by Karmøy municipality for the new Kopervik
wastewater treatment plant in Karmøy, Norway. The contract has a value of
approximately NOK 78 million.
The contract includes the process and mechanical package for the new wastewater
treatment plant, covering process equipment, mechanical installations, process
related electrical installations and automation. The scope includes engineering,
procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
Nova Water Solutions is a turn-key contractor operating within the water and
wastewater infrastructure sector. The company's services include consultancy,
engineering, procurement and construction, with a dedicated Project Management
Office (PMO) focused on water and wastewater infrastructure.
The contract is expected to be signed in mid-August 2026, with project start-up
to follow thereafter. Completion of the works is expected during 2029.
