Efecte commences change negotiations to streamline operations and ensure successful execution of its strategy
Efecte initiates change negotiations in accordance with the Co-operation Act with the aim of streamlining and adjusting its operations. The measures are part of sharpening the company’s strategic focus, required to ensure long-term profitability in the changed market conditions.
The negotiations concern the entire personnel in Finland, excluding the Requeste business, product and R&D teams as well as certain roles in professional services, in total approximately 71 employees.
If implemented, the planned measures may lead to the termination of employment of up to approximately 9 people. The planned actions may also lead to changes in work tasks, job descriptions, reporting chains, and organizational structures concerning all employees under the negotiations.
The negotiations will commence during week 45.
