Here’s Petri’s fresh company report.  Eezy announced on Wednesday the more detailed terms of the previously disclosed rights issue. Inderes lowered the target price. There might be potential for a small slide. However, it seems there’s a bug as the target price shows €0.07 instead of €0.19, which was in the analysis.  We are lowering our target price to €0.19 (previously €0.6) to reflect changes in forecasts and the share issue.

Yep, solid dilution by which the guarantor (Senticat) will likely try to ensure that as little as possible remains to be subscribed, and secondly, if anything does remain, that it’s as cheap as possible = old diluting shares… Thanks to the death spiral and the offering, they’ll probably make room for a new invoice by consolidating the shares after the offering… Perhaps a few song lyrics are in order for Easy…  If I could go back in time  I’d make sure we never met
