His insights have been greatly appreciated during his tenure, and we wish him all the best going forward.The agenda for the Annual General Meeting on April 8 remains unchanged except that&nbsp; the Board will proceed with one fewer member than previously planned. According to the company's articles of association, article 8.1, The general meeting shall elect a Board of Directors consisting of at least three but not more than seven directors.Re agenda item 4.
