Compressed air distributor in Genk has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, May 5, 2026: LVC Solutions N.V. ("LVC") a Belgian compressed air distributor, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

LVC is located in Genk, Belgium, providing sales and service of air compressor solutions. The company's customers mainly operate in various segments within the general industry.

The company was founded in 1989 and has 14 employees who have joined Atlas Copco Group as part of the acquisition.

"We are happy to welcome LVC to the Group. This addition will further enhance our service offering to current and future customers in the east of Belgium", said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

The purchase price is not disclosed. During 2025 the company had revenues of 4.6 MEUR (51 MSEK*).

The company has become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
