Oslo, 23 April 2026: Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company") has today held its Annual General Meeting.
As follows from the attached minutes, all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved, including the Nomination Committee's recommendations.
The following were elected as members of the Board of Directors until the Annual General Meeting in 2027:
