Change of policy for investor communication

Investor news no. 35/2026: Dataproces Updates Investor Communications and Enhances Transparency Around Sales Activities

Dataproces Group A/S is updating its communication policy to enhance transparency and provide investors with more regular and structured insight into the development of the company's sales activities. This update is a further development of the communication policy introduced in the autumn of 2025.

Effective immediately, the company will publish a monthly update on Dataproces' sales activities in Denmark. Reporting will be retrospective and published within the first three business days following the end of each month. For sales activities in Germany, the company will continue its existing practice and announce each agreement as it is signed.

The first monthly sales update is being published alongside this announcement and covers sales activities for May 2026.

The monthly update will include:

  • The total number of software agreements entered into, distributed across the company's platforms:
    • MARC
    • MARS
    • KØS
    • KommuneProfil
  • The total number of data analytics agreements concluded.

An agreement is included in the reporting for the month in which it has been fully executed by both parties.

The purpose of this update is to provide investors and other stakeholders with structured and continuous insight into the development of the company's underlying business and level of commercial activity.

Historical Average Contract Values

As a supplement to the monthly reporting, Dataproces informs investors that the average contract value per agreement concluded during the 2025/26 financial year was:

  • Software agreements: DKK 54,765
  • Data analytics agreements: DKK 254,433

For software agreements, the contract value is defined as the licence revenue for the first 12 months following contract execution, excluding implementation fees.

The average contract values are based on historical data and are provided for guidance purposes only. Agreements vary in size, scope, and complexity and may be influenced by individual larger or smaller contracts. Historical averages should therefore not be considered indicative of the value of future agreements or future earnings.

Disclaimer Regarding Sales Data

The published sales data do not constitute revenue, order backlog, or financial guidance and should solely be regarded as indicators of the company's level of commercial activity.

The average contract values are based on historical data and cannot be used as a precise estimate of the value of future agreements.

For data analytics agreements, it should be noted that these are primarily based on a no cure, no pay model, under which Dataproces receives a share of the financial value identified for the customer. Consequently, the final contract value may differ significantly from historical averages, and substantial uncertainty is associated with the value of future data analytics agreements.

For software agreements, the reported contract value cannot be translated directly into expected accounting revenue on a one-to-one basis, as licence revenues are recognised over time. Revenue recognition depends, among other factors, on the allocation between support services and ongoing software development, meaning that recognised revenue may differ from the reported contract value.

Dataproces will continuously evaluate its investor communications to ensure a high level of information disclosure and relevant insights for market participants.
