Change in the total number of shares and votes in Thunderful Group AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Thunderful Group AB (publ), reg. no. 559230-0445 (the “Company”), amounts as of 11 September 2025 to 407,866,228 shares and 407,866,228 votes.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 333,333,334 shares and votes as a result of a directed share issue resolved by the Board of Directors on 29 July 2025 and approved by the general meeting on 28 August 2025. Further information regarding the directed share issue can be found in press releases dated 29 July 2025. The share capital of the Company amounts to SEK 4,078,662.28.
