Company Announcement No. 12/2026 - Chairman of the Board Subscribes for New Shares Pursuant to Warrant Agreement
With reference to Company Announcement No. 4 of 16 June 2023 regarding the warrant programme for Chairman of the Board HC Maarup in Dataproces Group A/S, it is hereby announced that HC Maarup has today exercised 100,000 warrants in accordance with the terms of the warrant programme.
The exercised warrants have been subscribed for at a price of DKK 2.15 per share, resulting in an increase of the Company's share capital by a nominal amount of DKK 2,000, corresponding to 100,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each.
As a result of the warrant exercise, Dataproces Group A/S will receive gross proceeds of DKK 215,000.
Following the capital increase, the registered share capital of Dataproces Group A/S amounts to a nominal value of DKK 744,144.82, divided into 37,207,241 shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each.
The new shares carry the same rights as the Company's existing shares and will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark following registration of the capital increase with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen).
