Athens, Greece, 26 May 2026: Capital Tankers Corp. (the "Company") announces that the Company's board of directors has resolved a cash dividend payment of NOK 0.50 per share in the Company for the first quarter of 2026 (the "Dividend").
The Dividend is payable on or about 16 June 2026 to shareholders of record as of 5 June 2026 (reflecting a last day of trading inclusive the right to the Dividend on 3 June 2026). The shares will trade excluding the right to Dividend from and including 4 June 2026.
