CAMBI: Cambi signs contract for THP delivery at Malad wastewater treatment plant in Mumbai, India

Reference is made to a stock exchange notice published on 1 January 2026
regarding a Letter of Intent between Cambi and NCC for the delivery of thermal
hydrolysis process (THP) technology to the Malad wastewater treatment plant in
Mumbai, India.

As anticipated in January, Cambi has now signed a medium-sized contract with NCC
to supply two THP systems for the site.

Per Lillebø, CEO of Cambi, remarked: "Cambi is pleased to formalise this
agreement and contribute to Mumbai's programme to modernise wastewater treatment
infrastructure."

As previously announced, delivery of the equipment is scheduled for 2027.
