The divestment is a result of the strategic review that Bufab presented in December 2023 to focus on the trading business and complementary niche companies as the company's future core business, with the aim of gradually improving profitability.</p><p>The transferred business generates net sales of approximately SEK 35 million, and the divestment is expected to have a positive impact on the profitability in region Americas going forward.
