Helene Svahn has been a member of Enviro’s Board since the Annual General Meeting in 2025.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Helene for her short but valuable contribution as a Board member of Enviro. We wish her every success in her other assignments,” says Chair of the Board Ewa Björling.</p><p>Following Helene Svahn’s resignation, the Board of Directors will consist of five members, which is in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s Articles of Association.
