<div class="abstract">Tromsø, Norway, November 28th, 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by ArcticZymes Technologies ASA (the "Company", OSE: AZT) on 25 November 2025 announcing the initiation of a share buyback program pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 27 May 2025.</div>The share buyback program has now been completed. From and including 25 November 2025 to and including 28 November 2025, the Company has purchased a total of 31,365 own shares at an average price of NOK 22.5037 per share.
